A Win For A Teacher Is A Win For Our Community
Our commitment to these values is evident not only in the quality of our instruction at ETI, but also in our guarantee* to you. Our ETI mission is if we can’t help you pass the first time, we keep working with you free of charge until you do. Over the course of my career, I have been able to keep many outstanding teachers in the field of education . . . bright-minded individuals who were going to quit simply because they were not gifted test-takers. Believe this: if you have a passion for teaching, you belong in the classroom.
My ETI mission is to get you there.
-Chuck Zucco
Founder and President
Our Massachusetts classrooms do not need outstanding test-takers. They need creative leaders, compassionate educators, and adaptable minds capable of connecting with children of all backgrounds and learning styles.
Only one year after the MTEL was developed, Chuck designed a unique method of instruction inspired by his own experience and insight in the field of special education. The ETI mission is to teach students how to think differently about test questions so they have the best chance at success, even in the face of uncertainty. Every instructor Chuck invites to the team is either certified in special education or ELL (English Language Learner).
Like all educators, I understand that there is no real correlation between an individual’s learning style and their potential in the real world. That’s why I founded ETI—to make sure every aspiring teacher has an opportunity to succeed, regardless of who they are, where they come from, or how they learn.
I personally created the ETI MTEL test preparation program with low-confidence test takers in mind. As a father and as a professional in the field of education, I know how valuable outstanding teachers are to our children, our community, and our nation. My goal as a test prep instructor is to ensure no great educators fall through the gaps.
